i hate when i have a bad/rude interaction with someone at work and sen has to calm me down so i don’t go into a depressive episode UGH. like why does another part of me have to tell me that im NOT stupid and annoying :/

we’ve been able to manage it a lot better these days on our new meds but grrrr. wish our brain didn’t go into “everyone hates me” mode when i’m met with unkindness
