the kumar finance guy might fall off really quickly. the factors that give you acquisition are not the ones that give you retention. it worked because it was a great pattern breaker - but now the pattern break itself became a pattern (ie his style of videos)

George Clements | Clients From Ads
Sell a 3-month offer, not month to month. You'll close more deals and keep clients longer. You're probably charging month to month right now. $500, $1,000, $3,000, $5,000 a month, whatever it is. And you think month to month is easier to sell, because there's less commitment. It's actually costing you. Month to month quietly sounds too good to be true. The prospect can leave whenever they want, which makes the whole thing feel low stakes and easy to bail on. It also sets a silent expectation that they'll see results fast, or they're gone. And that expectation is the problem. Almost no real service gets meaningful results in 14 days. Whether it's ads, SEO, or email, you need around 3 months to actually move the needle. So when you sell month to month, you're setting the client up to judge you before your work has had a chance to land. They churn in month 1, your lifetime value tanks, and you're back on the acquisition treadmill. A 3-month offer fixes all of it. It sets honest expectations from the start. The pitch is simple: anyone promising you results in 14 days is lying to you. This is a 3-month thing, because that's how long real results take. That framing actually closes better, because it sounds credible instead of too good to be true. And it protects your lifetime value, because the client stays long enough to get the result and see it. This is the exact offer structure I use in both of my businesses. Move your offer to 3 months. Give your work the time it actually needs to land.

I've tried building an agency 4 times. Every time, I failed. Every time, I had to start from zero again. Now I'm starting for the 5th time. This time I have a little cash, better ideas, and a better structure. I don't know if I'll land clients this time. But I'm building it anyway.

Hiring Vlog Editors ($300 to $400 per vlog / $1.8k - $2.4k for 6 videos a month) You'll take hours of raw footage and trim it down to a 15 to 30 min vlog Knowing how to build a story that keeps people watching is the most important skill here $250 referral fee if we hire someone you send our way (msg us on twitter) Reference for the style we're going for: f.io/lATIOneT Comment "VLOG" and I'll review your portfolio

@AchieverBuilds I don't know, but I think if I tweet, I would just get unwanted followers and unwanted DMs, so that's why also send me your past experience, and we can have a chat.

Tried hiring appointment setters on Fiverr. Probably one of the worst experiences I've had. I've been hiring for the last few days, and almost everyone just sends an automated message... then ghosts me as soon as I reply. This is your competition btw. 🤡

People act like info is dying😂 Real ones know it's at like 0.1% of where it's going to be. There's already a billion dollar company built specifically around it. That's what Shopify was to ecom: it made the market accessible and then ecom exploded. The same thing is happening here. Dan Bilzerian went into info. Hormozi went into info. They went in because they saw how profitable it is. The market isn't saturated. The bottom 50% of people in it are just bad at it and they're going to zero while the top 50% are taking all the money.

This video got only 104 views. Most people would blame the algorithm. I'm treating it like feedback. For the next 90 days, I'm documenting everything I do to grow my client's channel from the ground up. Every win. Every mistake. Every lesson. Follow along if you want to see what actually works. @ashen_one
