can I ask a probably stupid but genuine question about ozempic? if the main way it works is by suppressing hunger and causing you to eat way less, are there strict guidelines to make sure you get enough nutrients in your diet? or are people getting malnourished?

Walking & fasting. And pair it with coffee or tea. With no sugar or creamer. Make sure you get some electrolytes too. Sea salt works enough, or non flavored electrolyte supplement works too for preventing headaches, muscle cramps, & fatigue. Avoid any flavor drinks. Zero calorie too! Your taste buds can't tell the difference between real and fake sugar to not send signals to your pancreas to produce insulin in order to recieve carbs.
