@fuelphp@phillipmwaniki look your github.com/fuel its long time no update,
its great news to hear 1.9 will relase, and whereis the v2 dev code? thank you
@elDiego2608 Erm... You might want to revisit this statement later, as quite a few things changed, mainly do to the absence of static interfaces, the introduction of DI, and implementation of PSR 7/5/17.
Having said that, 1.x will be maintained for security fixes and PHP compatibility.
@fuelphp This has to be one of the best days for PHP developers, it's great to know that it's still more than alive. It's great I no longer have to worry about having to migrate my apps to Laravel haha.
Thanks!!
Any @fuelphp dev in da house with some spare time?
We've got a long-term project, maintenance + new functionality existing NL/EN app, PHP 8.0, approx 150 hours a year. Ideally dutch speaking, but help for app translations is available. Client can communicate in English.
1dzp.short.gy/E2JbMv, Cracking role with amazing benifits! The role is based at SASA, part of the Scottish Government. They are looking for a senior developer / team leader to lead a small team of developers. You will have a lot of access to training, the use of modern tools...
@rangelavier Not in the foreseable future, due to health reasons.
The current codebase is being maintained by our sponsor, flexcoders.co.uk. They are currently busy with PHP8 compatibility. ^H
@elDiego2608 FuelPHP is, since a few years, maintained by FlexCoders Ltd (flexcoders.co.uk), and will be maintained for the years to come.
They've recently started on PHP 8 compatibility.
@fuelphp Hi guys! first of all, thanks for the awesome framework, i have many apps using it, but i am kind of worried if you are still maintaining the project? I know that in pandemic times everything is harder! Thanks!!
