Love Bangalore / India, but I have learnt more in last 3 days in Bay Area than I could in a month back home. Spent 2 months just to try to register a co in India & it’s still not done. Problem - solution feedback loop from potential customers, Investors & even fellow founders is at a different level. Time may be coming for me to move back to the US. And I say this with a heavy heart.

@brijbhasin when you have a foreign entity shareholder or a foreign director, 2 months is practical time between appointment and getting inc certificate. It is not ROC which is an issue, it is the entire process.neither shareholders nor consultants work round the clock ONLY for this job. 2/2

@brijbhasin Nothing wrong in what Brij claims. Customers time starts from the day they appoint a consultant & ends with incorp date. The so called one week / ten days works good when everything is right Aadhar is linked, mobile is linked, pan name match, DIN, DSC everything IN PLACE.1/2

Just because PWC gave a valuation report for 7:10 !. Principles should remain same, management should review fairness

@SumitResearch Don’t say what management wants you to read. Howabout, we issued DVR shares to you at 10% discount to main share price in 2008 and in 2023 it’s saying I will convert you to main share but I will take back at 30% discount. Why do it? DVR deserves 9:10 not 7:10. @latha_venkatesh
