Day 1 of trying to make a change in Fortnite competitive. Please read this tweet all the way through @FNCompetitive - I know its a really tough time in the company having to fire over 1k employees because of budget, but simply investing a couple hundred thousand in a team for fortnite competitive support/live support would change the trajectory of competitive in a positive way - Just a small team of 20 people getting paid a little above minimum wage sitting on their PC looking at tournament reports all day and investigating while the tournament is on going would cut down on the cheater problem 10 fold. (Also this would help the smaller regions with the cheater problems because it seems like no one at epic cares about these smaller regions) - Most cheaters are somehow able to play multiple tournaments at a time without being banned and sometimes its SO OBVIOUS that they are raging and yet no ban. Now if there was a team specialized on looking at reports, looking on twitter, and through tournament replays, WHILE THE TOURNAMENT IS GOING ON this would help a ton. Also if someone is playing their first ever tournament and drops 5 30 kill wins in a row and has 3 hrs on the acc… cmon js ban em lmfao. Idk abt all the legality issues with needing solid proof and all that, but im sure something can be figured out.
