They’ve shown you India in pieces. Headlines. Noise. A story half-told. But India is more. So much more. At Mony, we see another India every day — the cafés locals swear by, the streets you take friends to, the moments that stay with you long after you’ve left. So today, we’re launching #MeraWalaIndia. A call to creators across India to show your India — the places you love, the moments you’re proud of, the India that doesn’t always make the headlines but lives in our hearts. Help us change the narrative. Help the world see the India we know. 🎥 Post your reel 🏷 Tag #MeraWalaIndia 👉 Tag @getmony_app ✨ Show your India Because India isn’t just a destination — it’s a feeling. #MeraWalaIndia #MonyUPI #Mony #IncredibleIndia

For foreigner tourists visiting #India here's how they can make UPI payments with ease during their stay in the country. UPI has launched UPI One which isn't a separate app, but UPI One World is a wallet powered by UPI that allows NRIs and foreign visitors to pay merchants and vendors. Tourists often struggle with handling cash or in finding POS machines to pay using their international cards. With the UPI QR available with most small merchants in India, UPI One World serves as an effective solution, connecting foreigners with the convenience of UPI payments. How it works? 1. Download any of these UPI One World Apps: CheQ, IDFC First, Mony or NamasPay and sign up with your international number. - Trvellers can also do the registration before coming to India as it takes 24/48 hours for KYC verification. - I used the @getmony_app and the process was seamless - Can register with any country's mobile no. Also option to get OTP on Whatsapp in case no data plan is active on your mobile no. Incoming voice calls is also an option to get OTP. - Enter mobile number + add OTP + upload passport copy + one more additional doc + if currently in India then add current address and submit - Agent will verify the documents and get in touch with you within 24/48 hours. Use my link to referral link to install the app and you get ₹500 additional when you load your wallet with ₹5000 or more fp9ul.app.link/referredBy/JIM… / Code: JIM4FNW7 2. Upon successful KYC, UPI One World service is activated on your international mobile number 3. To make payments, load your wallet with INR (Indian Rupees) through a credit, debit or Forex card. 4. Once you load your UPI One World wallet with INR, you can pay at any store that accepts UPI. You need to log on to the UPI One World App and select the “Scan & Pay” option to scan a merchant QR. To complete the payment, enter your UPI PIN and your payment goes through seamlessly. 5. At the time of departure from India, you can transfer the remaining amount back to your source account or withdraw it in cash under foreign currency regulations. Benefits of UPI One World - Saves the hassle of going through the exhausting forex procedure - No risk of theft as opposed to carrying physical cash - You can keep track of your payments and balance under one app - You can load your wallet anytime through multiple sources such as cash, debit, forex or credit cards Unutilized funds get refunded at the time of wallet closure UPI One World was officially launched by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) in July 2024. Share | RT so max foreign travelers can use the UPI service and pay with ease while they travel in India.

7 Things to Do in India This Week (Mar 30–Apr 05, 2026) 🇮🇳 1) Mahavir Jayanti – Mar 31 A quieter, meaningful day: attend prayers, enjoy community meals, and soak in peaceful observances. 2) Good Friday – Apr 3 A long-weekend travel trigger: attend services, listen to music, and explore heritage churches. 3) Easter – Apr 5 Coastal India celebrates Easter beautifully—Goa and Kochi offer the most atmospheric experiences. 4) Nilgiris – Ooty/Coonoor Beat the holiday crowds: mornings are cool, and the tea is perfect. 5) Coorg – Estate Stays Enjoy coffee estate calm: misty mornings, plantation walks, and slow, relaxed breakfasts. 6) Wildlife – Safari Bookings This is the last strong window for safari planning before seasonal closures begin (park-dependent). 7) Mumbai – Food Trail A delicious classic: explore Irani cafés, try bun maska, and go on a street-food crawl. Practical Tip: This is a classic long weekend—book transport early, especially for Goa and Kerala routes. @KeralaTourism @tntourismoffcl @maha_tourism @TourismGoa @KarnatakaWorld #thingstodo #exploreIndia #MonyBeats #IndiaWeekly #mahavirjayanti #goodfriday #easter

7 things to do in India this week (Mar 23–Mar 29, 2026) 🇮🇳 1) (Rama Navami) Mar 26 — Temples glow, processions roll, and devotional music fills streets in many cities. 2) (Ayodhya) Rama Navami week — If you want ‘big festival’ scale, this is one of the focal points—expect crowds. 3) (Goa/Kochi) Heritage walks — Start early, walk slow: Portuguese-era streets + cafés feel best in the morning. 4) (Darjeeling) Tea + toy train — Cool air + tea gardens—Darjeeling is a climate escape with postcard views. 5) (Kolkata) City weekend — Culture + food combo: museums, bookshops and a proper Bengali meal. 6) (Agra) Taj sunrise + Sikri — Sunrise at the Taj is still a cheat code for wonder. 7) (Mumbai) Marine Drive morning — Sea breeze therapy: a sunrise walk and breakfast by the water. Practical tip: Late March sun is real—carry electrolytes and avoid standing in direct heat for long temple queues @TourismBengal @maha_tourism @TourismGoa @uptourismgov #thingstodo #exploreIndia #MonyBeats #IndiaWeekly
