@sekitsuii I lowered my 20k steps compulsion to 15k steps for college + work and genuinely it's been the best thing and I get less ravenous hunger. my least favorite part of the day was waking up thinking "omfg how am I going to get in 20k steps today" and I'm happier now, the guilt faded

i want to challenge my 20k steps a day compulsion but it makes me so nervous

the sicker I get the less triggered I am by thinspo
