@BlackHawkFrown @JuanPRodriguezT @Ryanair That passenger was me, in the middle of a crisis, because they delay the flight close the door earlier and didn't allow me to take the flight.
After all of that the flight was diverted to other destination but @Ryanair is still no accepting responsabilities.

@Ryanair I need your help. I'm desperate. A friend of mine is stuck in the airport. Unfortunately, he was meant to travel to Genova in the 1PM flight. He was talking to someone in the chat and asking for help to do the check-in online. No assistance was provided.
