France just got free passage through the Strait of Hormuz. Why? Because Macron did the one thing no one in Washington could manage. He picked up the phone and didn’t sound like an idiot. 🇫🇷🔥 That is called leverage. Gandalv / @Microinteracti1

🇯🇵 Japan's national university hospitals face a 28.5 billion yen deficit. New equipment cannot be purchased. Treatment is disrupted. Research and talent development are suffering. Meanwhile, Japan sends 8 trillion yen to the United States. Less than 0.1% of that money would cover the hospital deficits. The empire comes first. The people come last. Takaichi bows to Washington. Japanese patients pay the price. The resistance is watching. One hospital at a time. one truth at a time. one Japan at stake. 8 trillion yen to the US. Zero to fix healthcare. The empire drains Japan. The people suffer. The resistance exposes. One deficit at a time. one truth at a time. one free future at a time.

When Americans stand up and fight for justice, we win. We took on a king. We ended slavery. We built unions. We won voting rights. We secured LGBTQ rights. Again and again, Americans fought back — and won. We can do it again.

Do you remember him? The hero, the director of Kamal Adwan Hospital, Dr. Hossam Abu Safiya a historic legend shaped by days and defining moments. They besieged him, injured him, chased him, and threatened him. They killed his son a piece of his heart to force the evacuation of Kamal Adwan Hospital. He buried his son in the hospital courtyard, refused to abandon his patients, and returned to continue his professional and national duty. He even refused to leave Gaza, despite the fact that he and his family hold another nationality. He stood firm with a resilience that even mountains cannot match. A kind heart. An icon of steadfastness and morality. They arrested him and tortured him after his voice grew hoarse from pleading with a deaf world until the very last moment. Today, his family says: “We are terrified,” fearing his physical liquidation under the prisoner execution law approved by the Israeli Knesset. Free Hossam Abu Safiya.

Diamond Online reports on Prime Minister Takaichi's "surprising work style": 「Why has such a strange situation come about? The reason is simple: Takaichi probably lacks the mental framework of listening to a wide range of views, debating them, and then making a decision. More fundamentally, there are signs that Takaichi avoids even the act of meeting people, which is the very starting point of politics. A glance at newspaper reports on the prime minister’s daily schedule makes this obvious. The people Takaichi meets are almost all bureaucrats, and the numbers are limited, with many days looking conspicuously sparse. On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, there are often days where the schedule consists of just a single line: ‘Spent the whole day at the official residence.’ “Even on weekdays, once office hours are over, she quickly withdraws to the residence adjacent to the prime minister’s office. The conventional wisdom is that, while on duty at the residence, the only person she sees is Chief Cabinet Secretary Yuji Iida (former Vice Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry). A Liberal Democratic Party figure responsible for coordinating with the residence describes Takaichi’s ‘work style’ with surprise. ‘She hardly ever answers her smartphone. She only replies to emails on matters that interest her.’」 The article claims there is a "lack of communication" between Takaichi and LDP lawmakers. She also allegedly ignored phone calls from the leader of the Ishin Party, the LDP's coalition partner. It describes her frequent Twitter/X posts as "one-way" communication that avoids dialogue with the LDP and other parties. Takaichi's approach to the possibility of an energy crisis is also criticized. South Korea's government has called on citizens to conserve energy, but Takaichi has not made a similar announcement. Instead, she told the public via a social media post to continue acting as they normally would. Sources within the LDP are cited claiming that the party is concerned that Takaichi “thinks alone and decides alone.”
