🚨 THREE QUIT IN ONE DAY Reform UK sees 3 candidates walk out in a single day. That’s a party in chaos. Message to Nigel Farage: this isn’t a serious operation. Stop trying to split the right and admit it, this project isn’t working. Voters can see it.

Great interview from Kemi Badenoch. She’s the leader the country needs. Strong, determined and has the policies and plans to help people. Cut VAT on energy bills. Cut the green taxes. Scrap Labour’s planned fuel duty rise. Grant more licences for oil and gas. Get drilling.

Next election isn’t complicated: Unite behind Kemi or split the vote and hand Starmer the keys to No.10.

Anyone claiming Thatcher would have abandoned the Conservatives understands neither Thatcher nor politics. She fought to remake her party, not flounce out of it. Kemi Badenoch’s programme on tax, state reform, sovereignty and security is recognisably Thatcherite.

Kemi Badenoch is brilliant. It took a while to arrive at that conclusion, but she is without doubt the leader the country needs now. The worry is that people with scant knowledge of how politics works will divide the Right and perpetuate Labour.

I would be interested in others views on Badenoch. When she speaks - and I listened to her on Kuenssberg this morning - I always feel she is aloof and talking down to people, very patronising. Have I got this right?

Reform’s biggest problem isn’t Labour it’s reality. The moment voters think they can’t win locally, they’re finished. Tactical voting will squeeze them hard and those protest votes will flow straight back to the Conservatives where it actually counts. Poll numbers mean nothing if you can’t win seats. And right now, Reform looks like noise not power.

Kemi Badenoch is the leader we need. She’s strong and determined and makes the rest look weak. She can take the Conservatives in the right direction, while standing up for the hardworking people of this country.
