Israeli Fascist troopers arrested 5 Palestinian children today while they were gathering wild plants in the West Bank. The children did nothing wrong, committed no crimes, and were arrested for simply trying to exist under Israel’s illegal occupation.

I have been screaming to anyone who will listen that this White House plans something that will allow it to declare a state of emergency and cancel the election. What is happening in Louisiana is a dry run. THIS IS ONLY POSSIBLE IF THE ELECTED ENABLERS IN CONGRESS ALLOW IT.
Marc E. Elias@marceelias

How is this being treated as normal? A Republican governor is declaring a state of emergency to cancel an ongoing election for Congress. If you think this is ends with redistricting, you are not paying attention.

🚨BREAKING: ICE and Tennessee state police have been illegally using traffic stops as an excuse to check immigration status. The Fourth Amendment requires probable cause. You don’t get to pull people over just because you think they might be immigrants. But that’s exactly what happened. Troopers used minor excuses… bent plates, window tint, temporary tags… not to enforce traffic laws, but to hand people over to ICE. In many cases, they ignored actual violations just to keep the stop going long enough for ICE to step in. That’s called a pretextual stop, and when it’s based on race or ethnicity, it crosses into a violation of the Fourteenth Amendment… meaning the government cannot target people differently based on race. And the evidence… Officers were recorded saying things like, “They’re definitely not English speakers,” while choosing who to stop, while entire neighborhoods with large Latino populations were targeted. That’s racial profiling. Then there’s due process… The Fifth Amendment guarantees that people… citizens and non-citizens…cannot be deprived of liberty without fair legal procedures. But people were detained, processed, and deported through a pipeline designed to move fast, not fairly. Even those who were legally in the U.S., like asylum seeker, were still arrested and deported. One man was labeled a gang member, because of tattoos… And he was deported. But it gets worse. ICE cannot legally conduct routine traffic stops… So. they partnered with state troopers to get around that limitation. In other words… they used local police as a loophole. Meanwhile, these operations didn’t just violate rights… they made communities more dangerous. In Memphis, after similar deployments, high-speed chases increased by over 400%. One chase, which started over headlights, ended with a crash involving a woman and an infant. AND the same federal agents tied to this operation have already led to wrongful arrests, chaos in multiple states, and even U.S. citizens being detained. It’s bad enough for federal agents to violate the constitution, but when you add in state power… The constitution starts becoming optional.

🚨An ICE agent illegally pulled over a car in Farmingdale, Maine… without probable cause… and tried to tell people, legally in the U.S., that they don’t have the right to stay. The agent says, on video, “Just because you came to this country and applied for asylum… doesn’t mean you get to stay here.” Except… it literally does. That’s not an opinion. That’s the law. If you apply for asylum, you have a legal right to remain in the United States while your case is processed. Period. So what just happened here? An armed federal agent pulled over a vehicle, without probable cause, misstated the law, and tried to intimidate people out of rights they legally have. That’s a constitutional violation. The Fourth Amendment requires probable cause to stop and detain someone. You don’t get to pull people over just because you feel like it or because of who they are. And Maine law enforcement has already made this clear in other cases… if there’s no probable cause, you don’t get to hold someone. That’s a basic constitutional protection. Then there’s due process… Asylum seekers are in a legal process. They are not “illegal” for being here. The government itself allowed them in while their cases are pending. So, when an ICE agent tells them they don’t have the right to stay… That’s not just wrong, that’s the government lying about your rights to your face. And when the people in the car pushed back… when they actually knew the law… The agent left. Because he never had the legal authority to begin with. This is the pattern we keep seeing… People with legal status being stopped, questioned, detained, or targeted anyway. Even recent reporting out of Maine shows asylum seekers, with no criminal records, being stopped during enforcement operations, and taken. They test the line… cross it… and hope nobody notices. That’s how intimidation works. And no one is holding them accountable.

🚨ICE deported a U.S. born citizen. Brian Morales is a U.S. citizen, born in a hospital in Denver, Colorado, with documentation to prove it… And yet, after a traffic stop in Texas, he was taken into custody and deported to Mexico with no charges, no conviction, and no due process. Morales repeatedly told officers he was a citizen and had proof, but instead of verifying that, he was threatened with fraud charges, and prison time, if he didn’t comply. He was ultimately pressured into signing removal paperwork out of fear… which is coercion, and illegal. There is no law in the United States that allows the government to deport a U.S. citizen. Citizenship is not something ICE can ignore because they don’t believe you, and it’s not something that can be stripped through intimidation. If you are born here, you belong here… period. DHS claims he admitted to being undocumented… even though he had proof he was not… and we’re expected to accept that version without questioning how that “admission” was obtained in the first place. This also didn’t happen at the border, it happened after a routine traffic stop in Texas, which means the standard here wasn’t immigration enforcement at the border, it was treating citizenship like it’s conditional, and revocable, on the spot. If citizenship can be ignored, if proof can be dismissed, and if people can be threatened into signing away their rights, then due process is being bypassed entirely… and if this can happen to Brian Morales, it can happen to anyone.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents surrounded the WRONG HOUSE for NINE HOURS… got a warrant… and still arrested the wrong person. They were looking for Gerson Manuel Portillo-Escobar, a human trafficking suspect who lived at 919 Hamilton Crossings Station, Antioch, Tennessee. Instead, they targeted someone at 939… a completely different home… and arrested Miguel Antonio Blanco, who has no criminal record. Agents saw Miguel go inside his own house and decided he was their suspect… Even though they had the correct name, address, and a photo of the actual person, who lived a few houses away. Miguel told them repeatedly they had the wrong person. They ignored him. For nine hours, they called out someone else’s name and tried to get inside. Then, they got a warrant… forced entry… and took a man who wasn’t on that warrant. This is a Fourth Amendment violation… you can’t have probable cause if you have the wrong person and the wrong house. It also raises due process concerns under the Fifth Amendment… because the government doesn’t get to ignore facts and detain someone anyway. They had the right information… They just didn’t use it.

ICE take 10 year old boy to court to deport him—all alone without even a lawyer. He urinated on himself and wet all his clothing—no one offered him a change for many hours. "I was scared because it was my first time in court," he said. Separated from his mom for 4 months now after she was detained during a traffic stop. Wilfredo and his mother are originally from Venezuela with a pending asylum case. ICE is now trying to deport him alone without legal representation to Ecuador—a country he's never been to and does not know a single person. He is temporarily staying with his mom's former boss in Houston, Texas.

John Marck refused to answer Senator @ChrisCoons's question of whether President Trump is eligible to run for president in 2028. This isn’t a trick question – it's in the Constitution. If you can’t say a president can’t serve a third term, you shouldn’t be a federal judge. 🚩

Microsoft even disabled the ICC Chief prosecutor Karim Khan and his team's email accounts on behalf of Israel. Francesca Albanese was cut off from all her bank accounts; unable to open new ones or use/ get credit cards. When you confront them, they will come at you for everything, from every angle— to discredit and silence you. They control the banking systems through which money flows globally, whether through financial institutions or intermediaries like Stripe. When the US sanctioned Albanese last year, it wasn't just her money that was frozen— her hotel bookings were cancelled, her health insurance refused to reimburse her, she couldn't even use most apps. Even the Christmas gifts her 13-year-old daughter received were sanctioned. And she was reprimanded only after she began focusing her attention on the powerful American corporations complicit in funding and enabling the genocide in Gaza. She wrote letters to 48 companies, universities and financial institutions notifying them that they were complicit in and profiting from a genocide— the Trump Administration instantly moved to punish her. They have infiltrated and can manipulate every facet of your existence in ways beyond your wildest imagination. They will try to exploit every component of your life in order to make it work against you. Remain cognizant of this in every aspect of what you think is your *private* life. They don't just control the weapons that kill, but the algorithms on your phone that can be used to dictate your life as well.

Meet Henry Cueller, a Congressman from Texas. His story is unhinged. Yesterday 42 Democrats crossed over and voted with the Republicans to continue warrantless spying on Americans. 38 of them changed their mind from two weeks ago, so I started there and found our boy Henry. In May 2024 a Federal grand jury in Houston hands down a 54-page indictment. 14 counts including Bribery, Conspiracy to bribe, Money laundering, Conspiracy to launder, Wire fraud conspiracy, and acting as a secret agent of a foreign government. All while sitting on the House Appropriations Committee. Over seven years he took $600 thousand dollars in bribes from two sources. Azerbaijan's state oil company, and a Mexican bank called Banco Azteca. The money was laundered through fake consulting contracts into shell companies owned by his wife. The companies are IRC Business Solutions and Global Gold Group. His own chief of staff Colin Strother was paid $11K a month from the Mexican bank. Strother kept a thousand and walked $10K straight to the wife FOR TWO YEARS. They claimed it was for testing a Mexican fuel additive that didn't exist. And the indictment quotes the Azerbaijani diplomat texting Cuellar, "You are the best el Jefe" right after Cuellar slipped pro-Azerbaijan language into a bill. They spent the bribe money on credit cards, taxes, and a $12K custom gown. His chief of staff, the middleman consultant, was an Azerbaijani national in Houston. All three pleaded guilty before trial and Cueller was looking at decades in prison. Then on December 3rd 2025, Donald Trump issues a full and unconditional pardon to the Democrat, saying "the Biden DOJ was weaponized" LOL, hypocritical but okay. But, all this evidence and Trump pardons him. All 14 counts erased for not only money laundering, but acting as a foreign agent for a government. If this doesn't tell you anything about how bought our elected officials are, then I don't know what to tell you. Five months later, Cuellar votes yes on letting Trump's FBI read every American's text without a warrant. Wonder why?? These Congressmen need a reality check. We are not allowing corrupt criminals to continue representing us. Texas, this one is yours to vote out.
