@industrybuying your customer service is not up to the mark and very worst service in online marketplace. I ordered the product attached but I thought it was a shrink wrap since I searched the same but the website suggested this product so I ordered later received the product 1/n

Later received the product I was shocked that the product is just a plastic film but I was searched for shrink wrap you wrongly showed the wrong product and I ordered. While asking for a return simply rejected 🙅 Very worst customer service. Definitely it’s the last product

@OfficialSBICare She also informed me that the Branch Manager would call me regarding this matter,but I have not received any call so far Additionally, during my branch visit on 07.03.2026,I did not meet the Branch Manager and the counter staff only advised me to open a fresh current account 3/n

@OfficialSBICare similar to other products I sell. However, the field visitor stated that my classification is incorrect and mentioned that I had only spoken about soap reselling earlier, which is not correct as I had already explained my full business model. 2/n

@OfficialSBICare No one mentioned anything about reclassification of services in the UDYAM registration or any inspection precheck.
