@onepeloton my bike has been out of action for 4 weeks, an engineer was scheduled for 2nd November and didn’t show. I have tried multiple times to get hold of support over the past couple of days but just constantly get hold music. Need help.

@onepeloton I did that on Monday after I took the day off of work and your Technician failed to show up at my house, I still haven’t had a response. How about you get someone to DM me asking for my contact details and then call me instead of me chasing you, this is a joke.
