🚨Spent some time yesterday with my friends at Brain & Barrel in KOP, PA @BBHprospect 👌Dan Hennigan has done a terrific job with the new building. The training at BBH places tremendous focus on: ✅Strength ✅Core Development ✅Mental Agility ✅Balance ✅Mobility ✅Developed Mechanics ✅Total Power Output The visit: ▪️It was great seeing several @NextLVLProspect #committed and #uncommitted arms throw live. And to also get eyes on local top talent as well. ▪️Quite the environment to compete and LEARN in. @Matt_Alvarez30 coaching the pitchers after every pitch in the live session. Challenging them; learn to pitch vs throw. “intentional miss” and establishing IN. @4_RealHill & @sonnyulliana behind the backstop providing instant feedback to their hitters. Teaching them about the mental side of the game. 💥Impressive setting💥 Music wasn’t blasting. Instructors weren’t constantly getting video for IG. This was an advanced, serious, competitive environment. Arm care immediately after throwing.
