To complete the picture- here is the remainder of my ewaste petting zoo as re-built in the last year. The primary changes that made this way better were the custom built-ins. It’s a way better space now.

Last big pre-pandemic resto was the world’s worst E-Mu Emulator II HD. Rat infested and very fucked. I made my own tools and coded my own diagnostic ROMs for this. I still don’t have this lab space fully in order, but it looks a lot better today with built ins and no MacWall.

Well that was lame, the current CVEs on openssl.org/news/vulnerabi… are marked "HIGH" not "CRITICAL" and they're just not all that bad. The internet rumor mill has done us no good.
