@AIWarper @toyxyz3 Yeah agree should be option. I installed 2.5.1 and that one is compatible with that. But agree it should not be in requirements. Xformers always have torch compatibility issues

@toyxyz3 Anyone on Windows should delete this from the reqs file. Unsure if it's still the case, but installing XFORMERS this way on windows reinstalls torch with no GPU and will brick your VENV

@cubiq @cocktailpeanut Basically, the recent comfy update made some changes which were critical. Dev had to update their nodes. Now open source being open source, we have plenty of working nodes broken. So I agree, every update you have to check existing work. Workflows get broken.

@cocktailpeanut it's a complex topic hard to cover on X. also people get offended about anything here so I'd rather stay quiet

@cubiq I studied their architecture it's different but adaptable. Problem is I am not sure everyone is training they way they are training. Currently it's not production ready like your version.

IPAdapter for flux finally unleashes some interesting art styles. It's not as good as SDXL/SD1.5 and very selective with the reference image but I guess a good starting point. I'll post more experiments in this thread instead of spamming all day :P

@cubiq The problem with their code is it's not fully refined but I appreciate what they do. Their sampler is an issue. Plus I don't like why everything is changed in the models structure.
