Day 7 without 250+mg caffeine (after having it daily for a decade): I’ve never slept so well. I used to wake up several times/night (but would go right back to sleep) Didn’t wake up once last night. It keeps getting better every day. Still no eczema improvement though (it was already 80% better prior to trying this) Negatives: 1. I miss having an energy drink every morning (Wish the ones I like existed in non-caffeinated form) 2. I feel 80-90% of my former self when it comes to mental performance (Gym performance hasn’t dipped, hit multiple PRs this week)
