Like many, I've been coding/doing research with AI since ChatGPT 3.5 came out. But this is the first time I'm doing truly collaborative research with agents, and it's a world of difference. The current paper I'm working on in secure AI would've taken me 6-12 months before, and likely a team of 3-5 people. Instead, I was able to solo it in two months - from idea, to hundreds of (mostly failed!) attempts and experiments, up to a final paper. Truly incredible times.

@mackenzieprice I was shocked to learn that schools here only have a single outdoor recess a day. When I asked why, their answer was that they have structured breaks in class. 🤦🤦🤦

Some states literally had to pass laws in 2026 just to force schools to give kids 40 minutes of recess. Most U.S. K–5 students still only get 20–30 minutes a day. At Alpha, our K-5 students get 90 minutes of outdoor play daily, plus 2 (3 for younger students) 15-minute brain breaks during our focused 2-hour core learning block. More play = significantly lower stress + better focus. (Yes, this is backed by science 👇)

No parent needs to have "child foods" like sugary cereals or processed chicken nuggets at home to "get their child to eat." For example, you serve them whatever you are eating for dinner. If they don't eat it, that's perfectly fine. Breakfast will be served in 12 hours.

CoFHE just got upgraded with two main updates: 1/ cofhesdk is live This is a major rewrite of the old client devs have been using to build on CoFHE (cofhejs). This is not a javascript client anymore -- it’s a full SDK you can build Encrypted dApps with, with cleaner APIs, better ergonomics, reusable UI components (soon!) and a foundation we can extend. A lot of features are landing on top of this in the coming weeks and months that will make working with CoFHE genuinely pleasant. There's a brand new documentation too, here cofhesdk.fhenix.io 2/ New decryption flow Previously, CoFHE itself was responsible for pushing public decryption results back to the host chain. That worked, but it relied on CoFHE’s capacity to submit results, and wasn’t very robust. Now: users can decrypt offchain and submit a verifiable decryption result onchain themselves, then act on it in the same tx if they want (think: unwrapping an encrypted token in @RedactMoney). Why this matters: -Faster - no waiting on CoFHE to post your result -Less friction - a more streamlined and less confusing flow -Less reliance on Fhenix as a single point of failure We continue with our goal to make building with FHE a great experience for developers -- so they can turn around and build great experiences for their users. Another big upgrade coming next week, more on this soon!

היסטוריה! שער הדולר יורד (2.991) השקל מתחזק! זה סימן מאוד חיובי למשק ולאזרחי מדינת ישראל. בהחלט סיבה למסיבה! והאמת שזה גם לא הולך להיעצר כאן. אני רוצה להמר כאן כבל עם ופייסבוק, שאנחנו נראה את הדולר ממשיך לרדת עד לרמה של 2.75 ש״ח, ובטווח הארוך אם התנאים האלו ישמרו השקל עשוי להתחזק עוד, המשק הישראלי פשוט חזק יותר מהשטויות של הממשלה, והמגמה הזו ברורה למי שמבין איך כלכלה עובדת. הסיבות פשוטות להבנה: ביקוש והיצע! היצוא של ישראל גדול מהיבוא, אנחנו מוכרים לעולם סייבר, טק ורכש ביטחוני בכמויות אדירות. העולם לא קונה מאיתנו כי אנחנו זולים, הוא קונה כי המוצרים שלנו הם הכי טובים שיש ופשוט אי אפשר בלעדיהם. בגלל זה כל הזמן נכנסים לפה דולרים, כשיש יותר דולרים משקלים, השקל מתחזק והדולר צונח, תוסיפו לזה את שיעור הריבית הגבוהה בישראל ואת העבודה שהבורסה בארה"ב עולה, וקיבלתם שקל חזק. צריך לומר את האמת, הריבית בישראל נשארת גבוהה לא בגלל "ניהול אחראי", אלא בגלל הגירעון הענקי שהממשלה הזו מייצרת. הריבית אמנם מחזקת את השקל, אבל אתם אלו שמשלמים עליה ביוקר כל חודש על המשכנתאות וההלוואות שלכם. בואו נחזור רגע לעובדות: כבר בשנת 2023 היה צפוי שהדולר יירד חזק. כתבתי אז שהתנהלות הממשלה והאופן המזעזע שבו הם ניהלו את הרפורמה במערכת המשפט (בעיני נחוצה רפורמה, אבל הממשלה ניהלה את זה בצורה מופקרת) עולים לנו חצי שקל לכל דולר. לא המצאתי את הנתונים. מחקר של בנק ישראל ופרופסור איתי אטר מאוניברסיטת תל אביב הסביר שבלי הניהול הכושל של הממשלה שכמעט פגע בדירוג האשראי של ישראל, הדולר שעמד אז על 3.77 היה צריך להיות בשכלול הנתונים על שער של - 3.23. היום הפער הזה כבר עומד על שקל שלם! מה זה אומר לכיס שלנו? זה יקח מעט זמן אבל צפויות ירידות של מחירים ברכבים, באנרגיה ובתשומות בנייה כמו בטון ואבן. יש פה פוטנציאל אדיר להורדת מחירים. איפה לא נראה ירידה משמעותית? במזון! שוק המזון בישראל חסום לתחרות ולייבוא בעיקר בענפי החקלאות, ביצים, חלב, עוף, וכן הלאה הממשלה מעדיפה לשמור על הקרטלים והמונופולים במקום עלינו. ההייטק הישראלי הוא התעשייה שהממשלה נהנית לבקר, אבל היא הראשונה בתור לקצור קרדיט על ההצלחות ועל המיסים שהחבר'ה האלה משלמים כדי לממן את המנגנונים המנופחים שלה. עכשיו תראו את הפוליטיקאים מצייצים עם חזה מנופח על ההצלחה של השקל. חשוב לזכור זה לא בזכות הממשלה דווקא למרות הפעולות של הממשלה. יכולנו להיות שם הרבה לפני, גם בניטרול הוצאות המלחמה, הממשלה העבירה תקציב מופקר שמעביר את הכסף של היצרנים לבטלנים חסרי בושה ובוזזת את אזרחי ישראל כדי לשמור על קבוצות לחץ ואינטרס. קרדיט ענק לנגיד בנק ישראל פרופסור אמיר ירון על עמידתו האיתנה מול חבורת הפופוליסטים שהרשו לעצמם לבקר אותו. שורה תחתונה: שער הדולר הנמוך טוב לישראל וטוב לאזרחים. אנחנו בדרך להורדת מחירים למרות כל המכשולים שהממשלה שמה לנו בדרך. אם הם היו פשוט מפסיקים להפריע ויוצאים לנו מהוריד, המצב שלנו היה הרבה יותר טוב. אין מקום בעולם עם פוטנציאל אדיר כמו שיש בישראל, אין כמו היזמים והיצרנים בישראל, למרות הממשלה, למרות הבירוקרטיה למרות אלפי שקי החול שהניחו להם במסלול ההמראה, האזרחים בישראל הם האזרחים הכי טובים בעולם. לא עוצרים עד שגן עדן 🇮🇱

זה בסדר אם אני לא מבין בקלוד קוד? שאין לי תיק השקעות? שכשאני שומע אודיובוקס אני מקשיב לפנטזיה, לא למדריכי שיפור עצמי? שאני משתדל להיות פעיל ובריא, אבל כנראה לא אגיע למאה גרם חלבון ביום? שאני אוהב ומחבק את הילדים שלי, אבל לא נלחם מספיק שיעזבו מסכים? שאין לי תכנית לחמש שנים קדימה?

I’m so saddened to hear of the passing of Michael Rabin this morning. Michael was a father of modern cryptography, a true legend. And I was fortunate to be able to call him my teacher. If you’re reading this post or did anything else on the internet today, you’ve most definitely used technology that he pioneered. When I had the privilege to study under Michael, he was already over 80 years old. But I’ve never had a more energetic teacher, someone who was so passionate not only about understanding the universe, but about sharing that knowledge with the next generation. The world lost a giant today. May his memory be a blessing.

An under-appreciated part of having agents write your code: you get less attached to it. It's much easier to iterate on code you didn't write. Need to cut 90% of the work and start fresh? No problem.
