We were delighted to be joined by David Robinson from @BarnsleyCouncil yesterday, who gave us an interesting talk on the journey they have been through with AI and Copilot. Talking through Barnsley's digital strategy, the implementation of Copilot, and how they look to use it in the future, it was fantastic to hear how the council are committed to leveraging AI to improve efficiency and service delivery. While also focusing on promoting Copilot as a tool to improve well-being and efficiency, rather than replace jobs. We are delighted to have worked with Barnsley previously on a device rollout project, and know how dedicated they are to ensuring technology is not just invested in, but is used to really make a difference to staff. Our learning team is growing 🚀 We are delighted to welcome Natasha Epton as a Learning Consultant! With a background in Primary Education, Natasha joins us with a 13-year career as a teacher behind her. Before she moved into the #EdTech space 5 years ago. Passionate about making a difference to the world, she sees the use of technology as a fantastic driver to do this. “I had heard a lot about Hable through my work with Microsoft,” she says. “They seem to be at the fore of new advances, which is something that really attracts me. I enjoy being proactive and being ahead of the curve.” Outside of work, Natasha is a self-confessed Costa Coffee addict, rides a motorbike and is dog mum to 4 adorable Kings Charles Cavaliers! We're excited to be attending #UCISA25 Leadership Conference as exhibitors! Having been at this conference for many years in a row now, it will be great to see some familiar faces. With our team talking all things change, learning, and digital maturity within higher ed.

With Windows 10 going end of support in the coming autumn, we are having an increasing number of conversations with customers around migrating to Windows 11. And, in some cases, using this as an opportunity to upgrade devices too.
