Maryville Middle School track team competed in the Blount County Middle School Championship 2026 tonight. Rebel girls dominated the field. I finished 3rd in shot put and highest finishing 7th grader. Had a PR in discuss improving by 7 + feet and finished 4th. The extra work is paying off. Sectionals May 2, can't wait to see how we do, Go Rebels!

Since I stopped playing club volleyball to focus on softball, I’ve been taking lessons when I can to keep my MB skills up for school ball. Today we worked on hitting slides. Softball has my heart, but I love seeing how all the sports I play help build my overall athleticism!

MJHS had our last regular season track meet today. Team won big & we remain undefeated heading into next week's Blount county championship. Didn't have my best day finishing 6th out of 19 competitors. Strictly focusing on the shot put from here on out. Go Rebels!

Had the opportunity to work with Coach James at United Pitching Academy in Indiana. He did an assessment on my motor preferences and we also spent a lot of time on my spin. We noticed watching my at bats from the Viper Invitational I was swaying forward so Dad rigged a harness to help me focus on staying back and hip rotation.

A BIG shout out to Jeff Mack @PGFnetwork & @thevipernation for putting on an amazing tournament this past weekend in Chattanooga, TN. Thank you. I don't care/worry about stats. I consider myself an "impact" player so I'll post my most impackful clips from this past weekend. I love to punt and helped our team take a 3-2 lead bottom of third. I'm never afraid to charge hard when I see a bunt attempt. Pick off at third. Missed a grand slam by inches. Go Bandits.

We (MMS) had our second track meet tonight at ECCA. We scored 143 points and first place against 10 teams. I finished 3rd in shot put (19 competitors) and qualified for regionals with a 30 foot throw. Finished 6th in discuss and still working on qualifying for regionals. Dad took me to workout after practice yesterday for what he called a "tightener". He told me I'd be crazy strong today and it paid off with a PR by 4 + feet in the shot put. Go Lady Rebels. Next stop, Atlanta Vipers Invitational in Chattanooga this weekend. Go Bandits.
