@MCA21India @icsi_cs @theicai @ICAICMA @FinMinIndia Well unfortunately we are still stuck with a buggy v3 portal. Despite somehow creating a user login, DSC cannot be associated with DIN which means we cannot file anything! Still awaiting a resolution.

Since the launch of Incorporation, name reservation and 46 company forms on 23rd Jan 2023, more than 75,000 forms have been filed by the Stakeholders on V3 portal.(Till 25th February 2023) @icsi_cs @theicai @ICAICMA @FinMinIndia

@HelpdeskMCA21V3 We have been trying for nearly 2 months and no avail. We are simply unable to create the login as it keeps throwing the personal details mismatch error. The Pan and Aadhaar of our Directors are in order and we have no idea what the issue us. Please resolve!

Stakeholders are requested to associate their DSC with their Business User profiles, as per new V3 process. Significant number of new Business users and DSC associations are being seen on the portal. For help, please refer to FAQs or contact helpdesk or ICAI and ICSI helplines.

@PoornimaShank18 @nsitharamanoffc @MCA21India Same issues with us. In our case it keep throwing the PAN mismatch error and then the personal details mismatch error for all our Directors ( god know what it even means!) @MCA21India

@nsitharamanoffc We are unable to create a business user login also which is very basic. PAN details gets verified, DIN details are correct but we get the error PERSONAL DETAILS MISMATCH. But @MCA21India doesn’t say us what is the personal details which is Mismatching

Many users of MCA21 portal have reported facing technical issues at the time of filing, since the launch (23rd January 2023) of the new forms under Version 3. (1/3)

@sharan_ca @nsitharamanoffc @LTIMindtreeOFCL Tell us about it. We had to chase our Bank for over 2 months to get their DSC affixed in CHG-4 form and now are stuck with the V3 portal unable to file a single form. Best part is we will be paying penalties for this!

@nsitharamanoffc Cant even associate a DSC to file simple F. 20A. Could not file charge satisfaction form. Does @LTIMindtreeOFCL know how difficult it is to get DSC affixed by bank after the loan is closed? Kindly help madam. DSC association page has stalled for days
