I calmly told a friend in front of me in the line that it's okay that I got separated from them in the group photo (I honestly couldn't give a shit. It's just a group photo), but then a staff came rushing towards me from out of nowhere, pointed his finger to my face and angrily said in front of other IDs in line, "If you don't follow rules, you better get out of here!" I was flabbergasted even the staff in front of me had to apologize in behald of him. I was put in a defenseless situation and it's shit. You didn't have to act like such a macho man by being rude in front of a crowd of women. You're not impressing anyone. Besides, I did nothing to be scolded like that about.

Oh I think I saw this one. We were queuing and suddenly there's one staff lelaki tiba tiba jerit marah marah padahal fans tu tak buat apa pun. And masa nak naik stage, few staffs macam merungut idk but dorang bebel in Chinese macam marah marah.

And I have a lot of videos where the staff push a lot of fans in front of other fans🙂🙂 also there’s video when another staff member who told the staff that keeps pulling and pushing fans, to stand a little farther from the fans and the artist because the staff went a bit too far

I could go on and on because there's so much more. I saw one of your staffs pushed an ID during goodbye session she almost hit her face on the ground like what is that behavior? You can't treat fans like second-class human beings because they're a "just a fan" of someone. Fans don't pay for this experience to get physically hurt and humiliated. One more, we also came last minute but still on time to claim our wristbands and the staff very dismissively told us we're already late and we can't queue for souncheck. Okay fine, but we managed to get let in the queue by other staffs. What's frustrating is they let more people in 20 minutes after the cut-off and the entry was so late, too. So what was the fuss and attitude earlier when we literally arrived on time? So unnecessary rudeness.

it was definitely one of the most beautiful and fun concert stops thanks to my ids and hanbin. I would've not brought it up, but I saw a lot of IDs having similar observations and experiences. I wasn't imagining it huh. tbf almost all organizers in all stops rush everyone, but this one takes first place on physical aggression and rudeness 🤦♀️

I thought it couldn’t get any worse, but I’m genuinely shocked. This is outrageous. I’m so sorry you all had to go through such disgusting treatment, no fan deserves that. Last Sunday should’ve been a beautiful send-off for most fans, filled only with love and happy memories 💔

honestly girl i was so speechless i didn't even wanna do the group photo anymore and settle it with him once and for all. biggest pet peeve are people putting others on helpless, defenseless situations. he knew i couldn't budge because he will take me out of the venue, but then too late when i realized fck the grp photo, he could just take me out. as long as i get an explanation of his behavior 🤧 we came exactly on time at the venue i wasn't able to message u anymore 😭

So stressful watching IDs get pushed around during goodbye session 🫠 Made me super nervous for my turn ‘cause I didn’t want my moment ruined. Worst part, polite 🆔s who followed rules were being shoved for no reason. Then at group photo, 🆔s hadn’t even settled into spots yet and in 3–5 seconds it was done 😩
They could’ve handled things so much better instead of ruining the experience. 😮💨
