THRIVING 🐝 Cootamundra HS started HoL this year and they're flying. The HoL team put together this video of what they have been up to - we love to see the HoL methodology implemented so well. A place to belong, people to belong to, real things to do and a chance to give back. 🤝

Essential upskilling helps ensure students are ready for the workplace. Lyndhurst SC HoL has a firm focus on the correct and safe use of tools in accordance with OH&S guidelines. Students have been learning how to interpret Safety Data Sheets and JSAs. 📄🛠️ @MP4Cranbourne

The HoL students at Kurnai College, Churchill have upcycled old tyres to make bright, comfortable outdoor seating for a school courtyard. A great example of what you can do with a creative idea and a hot glue gun! 🎨

In Tasmania, Summerdale Primary School has a strong track record of lending a hand in the local community. This term the HoL Café group cooked up a large batch of soup, which was collected by the @VinniesAust’s Van to be delivered to homeless people around Launceston. 🥣🧑‍🍳

The HoL team at Portland SC is soaring with confidence and self-esteem, gaining new skills as they build a fence to create a productive habitat for bees and native flies - this gives the students a chance to engage in ‘doing’ and making things that matter with real outcomes.🐝
