@jowyang Might be because you make a distinct link between food and health. Afraid that many people won’t, and see it more as convenience. After all: much of the food comes from factories. Let’s see which avenue the platforms will take. But for the sake of health: you’re right of course.

We will have as many unique AI entities in our life as we do email/social accounts: 1-Productivity Intelligence 2-Personal Intelligence 3-Wellness/Health Intelligence 4-Workplace Intelligence (issued by employer, revocable upon exit) 5-? #ai

Regulators and tech movements: -Web1: unsure they did much, if anything at all -Web2: regulators were many years behind till Mark was taken to Congress. -Sharing economy: few years behind, till cities woke up. -Web3: years behind, but now tightly regulating in USA. -AI: US/EU regulators are proactively leaning in just 6 months after GPT (Nov 2022) boom with appointing US czar (May 2023), preparing EU guidelines (June 2023), meeting with AI CEOs (May-June). This time it’s different. Why?
