1/ Harmonic Protocol runs through x402 requests, signed trade messages that enter a shared public mempool on @base Each request can be picked and executed by any human validator, replacing automated miners with real participants.

600 USDC by solving CAPTCHA. How to become a $HARMO validator: Every transaction on the Harmonic dApp includes a tip, set by the user submitting the swap (minimum 1 USDC) All requests enter the public mempool, protected by CAPTCHA to prevent bots Any user can access this mempool and become a validator by solving the CAPTCHA and executing pending requests A fully open, human-validated execution layer. Become a validator here at harmo.pro/mempool

Most x402 projects use EIP-3009 TransferWithAuthorization function: any address can execute the authorization, and the transfer goes through as long as the signature is valid. $HARMO uses ReceiveWithAuthorization function instead, meaning: - only the receiving address can execute the order - the protocol controls execution - once the mint is sold out, execution becomes impossible - no "late" USDC transfers slipping through Other mints (including $PING) could still receive USDC after selling out because execution relied on TransferWithAuthorization With ReceiveWithAuthorization, that can’t happen. With $HARMO, sold out means sold out. More details on EIP-3009: eips.ethereum.org/EIPS/eip-3009

4/ Once a validator completes the execution, $HARMO tokens are minted and sent directly to the user's wallet (ReceiveWithAuthorization function of EIP-3009) USDC is only debited after a successful on-chain mint, and all tips are transferred entirely to executors.

If users choose not to trade through the dApp, a 4% swap fee applies This differential is designed to encourage trading through the human-validated flow, where $HARMO is executed as intended.

6/ Users will be able to trade $HARMO directly through the dApp, as well as on Uniswap in the usual way. On the dApp, a 1% fee is applied to every transaction These fees go directly to the human validators operating the $HARMO layer.
