BREAKING: Louisiana Senate has passed a bill 30-8 that requires the display of the Ten Commandments at all schools that receive public funding, including colleges and universities.
The bill will require a second vote in front of the full House, in which it is expected to pass, before it lands on Gov. Jeff Landry's desk for signature.
