I see usual scam artists are having a go at cattle again. The black triangle in the middle distance is a herd of #dairy #cows producing #milk and #meat. They are emitting #methane & CO2 but all the green bits & the brown bits are absorbing it all back in to the soil? Got it?

🇨🇳 China generated over 10,000 TWh of electricity in 2024. That’s more than the combined output of the U.S., EU, & India - the next three biggest producers.

Nicole Kidman brought her “Babygirl” character to life at the National Board of Review Gala, raising a glass of milk during her Best Actress acceptance speech. Referencing a steamy scene from the film, she joked, “Good girl,” as the crowd cheered. 🥛 yhoo.it/424XqQ4

Is there a link between dietary choices and mental well-being? Yes. Nutrient-dense foods such as meat, fish, eggs, and liver provide bioactive compounds that are critical for brain health, neurodevelopment, and cognitive function. 🧵1/n

Everyone wants to improve their gut, but no one wants to admit that butter is the best food for your gut... Butter contains butyrate, a short-chain fatty acid with remarkable properties. •Reduces inflammation 🧈 •Energizes your mitochondria 🧈 •Fuels and supports the cells lining your gut 🧈 •Strengthens the gut barrier, preventing leaky gut 🧈 Don’t sleep on some good old butter—especially from grass-fed sources for the added benefits of vitamins A, D, and K2. Your gut will thank you!
