I'm sure ref didn't sanction the first faul but the impression that defender lifted her leg at the end.

I was at the stadium and from my side first contact was outside the box but Athe was still going in and defender left her leg up to finish her. I haven't seen any video or footage beyond this tweet but I was convinced there was still contact inside
