@heasmr @FIFACollect Same happened to me. I just r'cvd an email that says "we've identified an issue, your payment was r'cvd, we will update you next week".

@FIFACollect Same as many of the comments - burned , selected category, entered card details then payment processing page hung. Now says I’ve converted but nothing in collection page . How do we raise a support case ?
