Pakistani politicians are NOT sworn into government office on the Koran. There are very limited postal votes in Pakistan. Dual nationality Pakistanis living in Britain cannot use postal or proxy votes to vote in Pakistan's elections. Britain: Dual nationality Pakistanis can become government Ministers and MPs. They can swear their oath of office on the Koran (which non-Muslim British government officials cannot touch with their infidel fingers.) Dual nationality Pakistanis in Britain can use postal votes in huge numbers, and dual nationality Pakistanis living in Kashmir can vote by proxy in British elections. No one will tell us how many proxy votes are harvested in Kashmir, but it is many thousands at the bare minimum. British Muslim MPs travel to Kashmir before British elections to tell Kashmiris who to vote for, and return to Britain with suitcases filled with proxy votes.
