NOOON has been fully remote since day one. This week I'm ordering furniture and materials for our first physical office space. I never needed an office to run this business. But there's something about having a physical space that feels more intentional. A place to think, create and host some small meetups while building NOOON and future ventures. Not every business needs one, but this one is ready for it.

@helloemonhasan Planning to do a full write-up soon, but we plan our projects based on weekly milestones. There are times when the client may need to extend things, but our system is lean and easy to replicate, and we have an insanely talented senior team.

I hate inefficiency. In my personal life, and especially in my business. We don't do mood boards. We don't do wireframes. We don't use bloated project management software. Every step we've cut was a step that added complexity without adding value. What's left is a process that moves fast, gets to the root of the problem quickly, and gives clients better results because of it — not in spite of it. Simple isn't lazy. It's actually harder to achieve and more effective when you do.
