Listen man, we all love to cuss out Agile and other software project management techniques, but the bottom line is - it works, and it is here for a reason. There are legit advantages of the whole circus that EPICs, STORIES, RETROs and other things within Agile that are despised online. These things help keep the work done on-record and acts as undeniable proof of what has been agreed upon, something that proves it's value when increment and appraisal season rolls around!!
