Ok @HotTopic, how is an order in store since 3/18 and we did not get notified? We only found out because they restocked and put money back on a GC that we no longer have. And the manager had 0 empathy and wouldn't help. How do you fix this?

have been trying to get a refund from @HotTopic for over a month now. the order got delivered to the wrong address, hot topic refused to refund or reship. usps refuses to investigate further or assist with redelivery. paypal denied my claim and my bank keeps saying i need to wait
