@HotTopic I’ve tried several times this past week to place orders from your website, but every time I’ve tried, I’ve gotten a “we could not place your order. Please check your information and try again.” message. I triple check every time, and my information is 100% correct.

Ok @HotTopic, how is an order in store since 3/18 and we did not get notified? We only found out because they restocked and put money back on a GC that we no longer have. And the manager had 0 empathy and wouldn't help. How do you fix this?
