@neo_officialll Nigerians (thanks to poverty and lack of civilization) don't know where to draw the line. You can appreciate the works of the man while criticising his political side, but to combine both, disregard his years of achievements, and endlessly abuse him over a photoshoot is nonsense.

@br3zy_wrld And that's the state of mind that brings about this sort of government. Democracy should allow anyone to support anyone they like without public scorn. Vote out a bad government, not whine about others supporting it. I would do my part in the next election by God's grace.

@iambasidoo Nigerian that have the right mind condemn anyone that side with this current government and he is not an exception. He also lied that they paid for the chess given to this current president and can't tell who paid for it.

@br3zy_wrld I don't do that. Because he was invited by the president and validated is that association? Nigerians can't take blame for enabling bad government but point fingers at celebrities who support the government. Extremity in anything isn't good please. We all should have a line.

Honestly i wonder how people have the audacity to do some things to good firefighters, effective police and the rest. The day I save a life, the sense of liberation it would give me. The peace and joy 🥶.

I like Tunde Onokoya a lot and what you guys are doing is excessive. Yes, I agree he didn't see things well from his perspective but in Engineering, there's what we call an overkill. That's the mode you guys are on and it's very destructive. If Tunde saves one life, then he has contributed immensely to society.

@Ijakad1 @Ol0ye @Wizarab10 Forgotten kids? When you think of Tunde and the word Humanitarian doesn't come to mind, you have lost your way. Take blocking first.

HEAD HONCHO🔫💣🔥😈
I think the evolution of Tunde is actually quite clear and I’m surprised you are saying this. Without a doubt, he had a revolutionary impact on those kids at the start of his career. But as he’s advanced and gotten recognition, it’s being clear that maintaining his celebrity status and acquiring wealth is more important than the kids he helps. Now he’s more of a chess ambassador generally than an ambassador for the forgotten child.

Olóyè.@Ol0ye·
Does this include when he was living in a one bedroom and using his money to adopt and take care of the kids a lot of you scuff your noses at? Or it's only after he's getting recognition for the work he's done without fanfare for over a decade? You people need to stop feeling threatened by other people's success especially if you don't have the temerity to do what they did to get it.

Tunde Onakoya’s Chess in the Slum initiative does more for his image than it does for children across the southwest.

Hoobiii!
Felix@felixherbt

Alex Onyia @winexviv has single-handedly built a transformative system called Math Olympiad, one that is deliberately reshaping and re-engineering the younger generation of the Southeast into beacons of academic excellence. His groundbreaking work is the primary reason the Southeast now stands tall as the undisputed No. 1 in Nigeria’s education rankings. But despite all this success, Alex Onyia is rarely seen with Southeastern governors or the President. You hardly see them shaking hands with him or taking photos together for social media. How often has he been invited for high-profile photo ops and social media validation by the very leaders who claim to prioritize education? Meanwhile, initiatives like Tunde Chess in the Slums continue to attract far more public attention and applause than a system that is consistently producing long-term generational success through rigorous academic re-engineering. It is strange to use poor and vulnerable people for self empowerment projects while still eating and dining with the same system that made them vulnerable. That kind of behavior is pure sycophancy and intellectual dishonesty.
