@RelianceDigital consecutive in touch with customer care they said your problem will solve within 24-72 hrs. It's been 8 days. But no solution yet.

@RelianceDigital new agenda, technician visit and checked the TV, verified the bill, warranty card and said your problem will solve within a week, after an hour he call and said your warranty is ended. Again i confirm, customer care said your product is in warranty period.

@RelianceDigital Service are worst. I registered a complaint regarding my BPL TV on 17 june but technician cancel my request on 20 June. Again i talk to reliance digital customer care he said "I raise your compaint, your problem will solve within 24 hrs". But no solution yet.
