I joined in ICSB2019 held in OIST on Nov 1-5 and reported the single-cell frequency response of intracellular signal transduction based on nonlinear system identification in poster presentation.

Had @FPRoth lab @yachielab hang outs in Tokyo before and after #icsb2019 with @Dae_Kyum_Kim @jweile @DSheykhkarimli @AtinaCote It was extremely fun!!! 😆😎🤩

Major update is coming soon for our #Salmonella interaction database, #SalmoNet,and how it can be used to understand Salmonella-host adaptation w multilayered networks. Poster presented by @martonolbei at the great @icsb2019 meeting. From @DrRobKingsley @TheQuadram @EarlhamInst
