@Basiofon I was a surf instructor in Hawaii for 6 years and after the surf lesson I would always offer a full body message for free. I can tell you this is 100% not a myth.

Undecided here…at first, I wanted to fault the UPS driver. But now that I’m thinking about it, the biker should’ve been paying more attention.

Mob of angry protesters crashed a concert in Madison, Wisconsin, demanding "justice" for Corey Ruiz, a black man who was shot and killed by police after he allegedly pulled a knife during an arrest. They essentially held the attendees hostage while hijacking the stage. The event was then canceled. "No Justice, No Peace... In order for this [the concert] to happen, because we will stay here, and there won't be anything."

I spoke with my mortician friend again today and sent her the photos from Nolan’s independent autopsy, asking for her professional opinion. She gave me permission to quote her: “Pressure from an autopsy headrest or positioning device could definitely leave a temporary pressure mark or area of discoloration, particularly on a recently deceased body. During an autopsy, the head is commonly supported in a cradle or head block to keep the head and cervical spine stable while the examination is performed. The location and shape of the discoloration are consistent with the type of pressure artifact that can occur when a head is supported on an autopsy headrest or positioning device. Pressure artifacts are a recognized part of postmortem examination, so this finding alone does not establish trauma or foul play.” The problem isn’t that the independent autopsy was performed. The problem is how Ben Crump chose to present it. Instead of having a qualified forensic pathologist explain which findings were routine, expected, or insignificant, Crump read graphic portions of the report himself in a way that sensationalized normal postmortem findings and implied they were evidence of foul play. The result was entirely predictable, considering what we have already seen online. Routine findings from a secondary autopsy were presented as though they were shocking revelations, creating questions that often have straightforward forensic explanations. Rather than informing the public, Crump fueled speculation and encouraged people to fill in the gaps with assumptions instead of evidence. He accomplished exactly what he set out to do.

@S_P_E_A_K_tm @realBrandonGill I don’t like it either. They also seem to do it as a form of control and asserting dominance. I see it more often from the Democrats though, and they do it on questions that obviously need nuance.

The American Bar Association claims on their website that all of us have "implicit biases." I asked their President what groups she has implicit biases against and if she'd like to reflect on them.

What's the most shocking thing you've found in your spouse's belongings? After my husband died of cancer in 2017, I was cleaning out his office and found a letter from his oncologist. The letter stated that his cancer was terminal and that he would live for four to six months, and that he would continue to undergo chemotherapy until then. I knew my husband had cancer. And he told me he'd fight it again, like last time. He never mentioned the letter or the diagnosis the doctor had given him. The letter was dated November 2016. My husband went into liver failure on April 9, 2017. I had no idea it was terminal, so I fought to keep him alive. I talked to the doctors to do what I could. Surgery was performed again to unblock the bile duct. And they did. My husband, however, never told me anything about terminal cancer and his 4-6 months to live. He passed away on May 26, 2017. I think he was trying to deny that he was going to die. And he also didn't want me or the children to spend the last six months of his life crying and being sad. He took the kids skiing in Colorado in January 2017. He and I took a trip to Miami in February 2017. I think he knew deep down that he was going to die. But accepting your own mortality is a difficult thing for some people to do. He was a fantastic man. Edit - Thanks for all the votes, they mean a lot to me. I thought I'd add a photo of my husband and me before he had cancer. Just to show what a handsome, healthy man he was. Before cancer came along and took everything from him and us.

@BenjaminDEKR How much of FSD is dependent though on individual models and electric vehicles? Obviously, tesla fsd for a model y knows how much it will brake or accelerate or turn. Can you just slap that on another vehicle? Gas engine?

Increasingly obvious that every U.S. car company - and most of the Korean and Japanese - will end up licensing Tesla FSD. They're so far behind that it's nearly impossible to catch up. The ADAS from even brand-new cars feels a decade behind Tesla. None of them even tried.

@BenjaminDEKR Yep. I’ve often thought this. Only real competition is waymo, right? Is their technology transferable to other cars?

Does anyone know what causes supernaturally unquenchable thirst? For the past two days I've been so thirsty that today I drank 2 cans of coconut water, a half of the big peligrino, 3 hint waters, and two smoothies I'm still thirsty. Not even kidding.
