The Covid Inquiry Module 4 report on the Vaccine roll-out was released an hour ago. I've only had a chance to have a quick skim so far, but I'm astounded by the fact that in its 270+ pages there appears not to be a single mention of the need for, or lack of, informed consent. This, in the context of a vaccine roll that in one way or another impacted close to every individual in the UK and which - as so many of us saw and experienced first hand - manifestly breached this foundational principle of medical ethics.
