@Somtolism7 It came to pass that Obama became the President of the United States. A Black man ruling America, it once seemed impossible, but it eventually became a reality
English

Igbo Obidents, kindly answer without insults:
Does it mean you don’t know that Peter Obi cannot become the President of Nigeria?
Or do you know, but still choose to keep trying the same approach that hasn’t worked for decades because from the onset, the Nigerian presidency was structured in such a way, by the British colonial masters, that an Igbo man can never be trusted to hold that position?

"My daughter is just 6 months old. Yesterday evening, I noticed she was rubbing her right ear and crying in a way I’ve never heard before. I thought maybe it was teething or a small earache, so I tried to comfort her, but the crying only got worse.
It was when I carried her under the light to check that my heart almost jumped out of my chest. One of her small earrings was missing. I searched the bed, the floor, her clothes everywhere! Then I looked closely at her ear. The tiny earring had somehow entered deep inside her ear canal. I don't know if she pulled it while playing or if it happened while she was sleeping. I tried to use a small torch to see, but the thing had gone in so far that I could only see a tiny glint of gold.
My husband and I rushed her to the nearby pharmacy, but the man there told us to go straight to the big hospital because the area is too delicate. He said if we try to pull it ourselves and it pushes further, it could damage her hearing for life.
Throughout the night, I couldn't sleep. I was just praying, 'God, this is the only daughter you gave me. Please don't let this be the end of her hearing.' My baby was restless, just whimpering in pain. This morning, as we were getting ready to head to the specialist hospital, I carried her to backing her. Suddenly, she let out a very loud, forceful sneeze the kind that shakes a baby's whole body. As she sneezed, I heard something tiny drop on the tiled floor.
Ting!
I looked down, and there it was. The gold earring had come out on its own! No surgery, no long needles, no doctor’s bill. Just a simple sneeze from a 6-month-old baby and the Great Physician did the work.
I am crying as I type this. What the doctors were calling a 'delicate procedure,' God handled with a common sneeze. Please help me thank this Big God. He is too faithful to fail!
I just want to return all the glory to God for what He did for my family this morning. My heart is still beating fast, but I had to share this testimony so that someone will know that God is still on the throne"

I just saw a video of the houses Wike gifted to 40 judges. If these houses have been accepted by the benefiting judges, the EFCC should seize them and return them to the state. If this is not done, the judges that benefited must be made known to Nigerians so that Nigerians can refuse to have them adjudicate on cases involving them in their courts. Nigerians can demand they resign their positions as judges of the federal republic of Nigeria. Let those houses serve as their severance benefits from the Nigerian state because it's the collective patrimony of Nigerians that was used to build those houses and not the personal resources of Wike as an individual. Monies from our treasury should not be used to bribe and corrupt our official institutions and those who run them for the selfish and personal interests of individuals in high places against us.
I remember a time during lPMB regime when the DSS led a sting operation on judges who had been surreptitiously investigated and found to be corrupt. This same Wike obstructed the arrest of these judges in Portharcourt as the Rivers State Governor and there were no consequences for his brazen interference then. This has emboldened him to do worse as FCT minister. We need to start resisting illegal and criminal manipulation of our official institutions by anti-progressive elements bent on bastardizing our systems for their personal whims and caprice.
EFCC, SEIZE THOSE 40 HOUSES NOW.

@ummuh_Zahra If you are sure he has another woman who he said he will not leave, then do not spend anything on him. When he comes home give him food. Do not give him any reasonable cash except when it involves life. Do not ever, ever, touch that innocents daughter’s money. He ll frustrate you

I'm 32 and tired. I need honest advice.
I lost my husband when my daughter was just 5 months old. He left everything in her name. I'm a nurse and run a small shop, so I've always stood on my own.
Two years later, I remarried. Just 4 months in, my new husband said his business was failing. Since then, I've been handling almost all the bills. I even gave him ₦2M to support him.
Instead of things getting better, he kept demanding more. When I asked what happened to the money, he got upset and left.
Now I've found out he secretly married another woman and even built a house for her. She's pregnant for him.
We've been apart for 4 months. During a family meeting, he claimed he left because I refused to buy a car in his name.
The painful part? My own mother and siblings are supporting him. They say I should transfer my shop and car to his name to “save my marriage.” They're also pressuring me because of my age and my child.
But he has made it clear, he's not leaving the other woman.
Now I'm stuck…
Should I give up everything I've worked for (and what belongs to my daughter) just to keep this marriage? Or should I walk away and start over?

I WILL SHOOT YOU AND NOTHING WILL HAPPEN…
Those were the chilling words allegedly spoken by the soldier who shot Mr. Kelechi Ejiofor in the leg.
The incident happened on Monday, April 8, 2026. Since then, Kelechi fought for his life in the hospital, even pleading with doctors to amputate his leg just to survive. Sadly, delays in treatment worsened his condition. By the time the leg was eventually amputated, the pain and excessive bleeding led to his death.
Mr. Kelechi was a hardworking trailer driver who transported timber from Akwa Ibom to Aba. At a checkpoint, soldiers reportedly demanded ₦1,000, which his conductor paid. Yet, as they attempted to continue their journey, the same soldiers pursued them for reasons still unknown.
That pursuit ended in tragedy the young man was shot.
Today, his family mourns a father lost to what many describe as a senseless act. Meanwhile, there has been no official response or accountability from the Nigerian Army.
When last did we hear of soldiers showing this level of aggression towards Fulani terrorists at checkpoints?
What exactly was Kelechi’s crime?
Today, it is Mr. Kelechi Ejiofor. Tomorrow ,who knows who might be next?
All that is being asked for is simple: justice.

There’s a serious Lassa fever outbreak in Nigeria right now where 146 people have been confirmed dead in 11 weeks and there have been 582 confirmed cases.
25 doctors have been infected, and 3 have lost their lives.
If you are reading this, please stay safe. This virus spreads through the urine or droppings of infected rats, or human-to-human contact.
It starts like an ordinary fever, but it can quickly move to bleeding, a swollen face, and shock.
ALWAYS:
1. Cover your food and pots tightly.
2. Block the holes where rats enter your house.
3. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap.
4. If you have a persistent fever, stop swallowing random drugs from the chemist. Go to the hospital immediately.
Our health workers are at risk, and proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is life-saving. We cannot afford to lose more people to a preventable disease.
Stay safe and retweet this to save a life today!
