THIS GUY BUILT A TOOL THAT LETS YOU CREATE INTERACTIVE 3D TOURS WITH JUST AN IPHONE you walk around a room with your iphone, the app scans it, and it spits out a fully interactive 3D tour in minutes no matterport camera, no $3000 equipment, and no photographer needed here's how people are already planning to use it: a german shipping container home builder wants to use it to scan empty containers and visualize custom interiors for clients before they build a homeowner is using it to scan his 100+ year old unfinished basement to plan a renovation and see what the finished space would look like another guy walked around the outside of a trailer to get a full external 3D model real estate agents, interior designers, renovation companies, airbnb hosts, property managers, and architects can all use this every single one of these people currently pays $200-500 per property for matterport scans or hires a photographer to do it this replaces that entire workflow with an iphone and a few minutes of walking around

THE GLOBAL ORDER JUST CHANGED 🇺🇸 🇨🇳 🇮🇷 China is now openly REJECTING all U.S. sanctions on Iranian oil… and says it WON’T comply. That’s a direct refusal to follow the rules that Washington built its power on. Sanctions work on force and obedience. And when major economies stop recognising them, that entire system disintegrates. Less compliance. Less leverage. Less control. Less power. Less influence. This is what a global shift actually looks like. The end of an empire and the beginning of something new. BRICS is rising and acting independently… while the U.S. struggles to enforce the rules it once dictated without question. We now live in a world where an American sanction is not game over. This isn’t the world many of us were born into. It’s something quite different.

This, a direct result of Trump’s tariff policy which is a study in ignorance and incompetence. “China is quietly executing a massive financial strike against the United States. In just one week, Beijing dumped a record-breaking amount of US Treasury bonds. For decades, China bought American debt, which helped keep the US economy running smoothly. But now, they are dumping it faster than ever before. This is a deliberate strategy to shield themselves from US sanctions and aggressively weaken the American dollar's dominance. If China continues this massive selloff, US borrowing costs will explode, triggering inflation and crushing American consumers. The financial Cold War has officially gone hot, and the battlefield is the global bond market.” How long can the US economy survive without foreign buyers for its debt? #LamaStories #WorldAffairs #Economy #Geopolitics — with Edward Johnson.

Semoga lekas pulih, Pak Purbaya. Meski kami tahu, begitu pulih pun bebannya masih akan sama beratnya. Sumber: Facebook

🇹🇼 TAIWAN WANTS TO PUT PART OF ITS $602B RESERVES INTO BITCOIN A Taiwanese legislator has urged its government to explore putting part of its $602B foreign exchange reserves into Bitcoin. He argues Taiwan holds 80% of its reserves in U.S. dollar assets, which creates risk if the dollar weakens or geopolitics get worse. $BTC is then being pitched as an alternative that cannot be frozen, seized, or controlled by another country.

🇮🇩 What if Indonesia charged ships in the Strait of Malacca? The Strait is just 2.8 kilometers wide at its narrowest point, and nearly 25% of global trade passes through it, including around 16 million barrels of oil every day. China moves about 60% of its oil through this route. Japan and South Korea rely on it for over 80%. And yet, unlike the Suez Canal, which generates about $10 billion a year in transit fees, Malacca is essentially open. Indonesia could be collecting $10-20 billion annually just by charging ships to pass. But the global community won't allow that to happen, because once the precedent is set that countries can charge for passing through Straits near them, it would be catastrophic for global trade. That's why they're so against Iran controlling the Strait of Hormuz. Source: geomapstories
Mario Nawfal@MarioNawfal

Everyone's watching Hormuz, but there's another chokepoint that should be keeping you up at night. The Strait of Malacca runs between Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore and carries more global trade than Hormuz does. At its narrowest, it's 1.7 miles wide. One bad incident and a fifth of global maritime trade slows to a crawl. An Indonesian official briefly floated charging tolls on ships passing through, just like Iran did at Hormuz. He walked it back fast, but the fact that it was said out loud at all tells you how the world is thinking right now. Source: Bloomberg
