Thank you for the clarification.
Since Steel Ball Run itself is structured around nine stages, the obvious question is now: how closely will the anime release follow that structure ?
Are we looking at a full nine-stage rollout ? Or a different grouping for the adaptation ? And more importantly, what is the projected timeline for the complete release ? Because fans would probably like to know whether they can realistically expect to see the end before 2030.

Ikut urun rembug soal IGRS boleh ya… Dulu pernah terlibat langsung dalam rapat-rapat inisiasi awal bersama Menkominfo saat kami bertugas di Kemdikbud.
Ada dua pendekatan melindungi anak di konten digital. Pertama, membuat lingkungan “steril” lewat sensor dan pemblokiran. Kedua, membangun “imunitas” pada anak serta keluarga. Pendekatan kekebalan jauh lebih berdampak dan berkelanjutan.
Rating game seharusnya menjadi alat bantu bagi orangtua untuk membangun kekebalan anak dgn melatihnya jadi mandiri dan cakap melindungi diri sendiri, bukan jadi instrumen sensor bagi pemerintah.
Oleh karena itu, pemerintah sebaiknya bekerja sama erat dengan komunitas game. Lebih baik lagi, biarkan komunitas itu sendiri yang menjalankan sepenuhnya dengan difasilitasi pemerintah. Tak perlu berpretensi serba tahu apa yang terbaik bagi setiap segmen masyarakat. Punya wewenang tidak otomatis punya pengetahuan.
IGRS selayaknya jadi alat pemberdayaan, bukan pembatasan. 🙏

For me personally, i don't care if it's released at 2028 or 2030. If we get better animation, animators get what they deserved, and continuously hype every week, I won't complaint.

you guys say animators deserve better conditions/better pay, but when they get a schedule like this you guys still complain that they arent slaving over it for 40 straight weeks (in which the quality will definitely suffer hard like every other weekly jojo adaptation)

Genuine question, how long did you people think it would take for a 40+ episode season of this show to be released? A show having 24 episodes released over two years is fairly normal, and this is close to twice the length of that

The people saying we're doing to much don't realize that if we let Netflix get away with this, they're going to think it's okay to do this with all series moving forward. It is not normal to release ONE season over the course of three years and it should never be.
