@kaka_ruto Just putting face to a name, getting to know the person, their likes/dislikes.. Obviously it's not a source to judge the person for position, but it helps in having conversation with them if and when we get them on interview.

@inderscript Good insight! Yeah i think most resumes have unnecessary infos in there. You just want to see their experiences and capabilities! Curious though, what do you look for in social media?

@kaka_ruto Social media, linkedin, github and their code. For their initial impression and then a call to check more. I think maybe resume`s are still stuck in outdated format? I am not sure how many of us hire based on things like education history!
