#PhoBarHK “bomb-ass karaage” was indeed bomb, with an insanely crispy exterior & juicy interior, but it was pink inside. I ignored this (sometimes dark meat is pink esp when marinated) and later regretted as this was also a bomb on my stomach 💩☹️ Ask for it extra crispy/fried!

#PhoBarHK Supreme pho: 👍🏽 huge portion for 95HKD 💯 beef shank, so tender 👍🏽 beef balls but better elsewhere 👍🏽 omosa aka tripe! Hard to find in HK so happy they have 👎🏽 brisket, tough & hard to eat 👎🏽 Viet sausage, flavorless ☹️ oxtail, just realized it was missing!
