So now I am the only creator that isn’t allowed to have a YouTube and react to videos posted by TMZ? Cool it’s so nice to see the goal post move for me each time. I’m being called a thief for reacting to a video with no watermark. No face on the video except Jeff Metcalf but I’m supposed to know and give credit to the invisible person Jeff is talking to that isn’t shown in the same clip? The only creator that people do this to and I mean the only one. Check my recent retweets. Nobody gets the criticism I do and it has gotten to a point that many people are starting to see it. I made a YouTube reaction like every other YouTuber but somehow I am called a thief. I just found out it the content came from an X space where only Jeff had video on? That’s a fatal creator mistake, how and why am i hated for what everyone has been doing before me. So just a few weeks ago I was told I don’t create so now when I create I have to take an extra hour to find all the people to give credit to and only me? Man X isn’t real life. This app all will destroy you mentally if you allow these people to hold any weight in your mind.

The numbers don’t close at 6%. Texas property taxes raise roughly $80B/year. The state sales tax base is too narrow to absorb that at 6%—you’d need a rate in the low-to-mid teens on the current base, or you’d have to broaden the base dramatically to services (legal, medical, financial, rent) that are currently untaxed. Every serious “swap” proposal that’s been floated dies on this arithmetic. That’s why it keeps reappearing as a campaign idea and never as enacted law. This is my point. Everyone is just yapping without facts 😭
