@RogerbrownWoW It really removes all the excitement from Race to World First. It is hard to gain it back once mythic progression starts again.

@holinka A very large reason the WoW UX is now so good, is that it took Addons and implemented them into the UI itself. No matter how good your UI/UX department is, it will never stand a chance against the combined effort of your community. UI Addons is a must in an MMO, but with limits.

@Jinjix Also, if the result is good, please keep me updated. I am always looking for skilled 3D modelers and agencies capable of delivering 3D models on time and within budget.

@Jinjix Likely this will only include a 3D model of your initial design document. If you made any mistakes or want to adjust anything after you receive the package, it is important to know how that extra work will be priced. Commonly this is on a per hour basis at around £100/h.

Odd question, but... Has anyone who sees this paid a Design Company to fully design and prototype their product? If so, which Company? (UK Preferably) Was it worth it? I'm being quoted the following rate, and as I've never done this before I'm not sure if I should proceed. 1/2

@ReinessaGaming Passion. The industry is built on the backs of young people, who do what they do because they are passionate. This has created a culture where it is normal to do a job at a low salary. Corporations will always pay as little as they are able to.

The video game industry is larger than the music and movie industry combined but (anecdotal observation) salaries, benefits, stability etc all seem wildly below other industries Make it make sense

So I climbed down, and it left me with a big drop down with no other way back up other than to build a set of platforms on a nearby wooden object to reach the lowest ladder. Is this right? Are you meant to "work your way down there"? Or am I missing an actual elevator?

@visegrad24 You claim this, but the video does not show that at all. They are chanting "Solidarity with Palestine, Solidarity with Gaza. Palestine will be free. Stop bombing our children". They actually never mention Israel in the video as far as I was able to make out.

@playwayfinder Got to the front of the queue, then got stuck on "You have reached the front of the queue" for about 2 hours before I closed the game down.

Wayfinders, we have a server update. Our tests this morning have been proving successful and we are slowly ramping up the amount of players we are letting into the game. As you log into the game, you may be placed in a queue. Please note that while the wait time displayed is accurate once updated, the countdown function of the timer is NOT accurate. Thank you all for your patience as we have worked through these issues and we will continue opening up Wayfinder to more players as stability holds.

@playwayfinder Do you guys have regional servers in place? Just asking as it seems odd that the EU servers would be full at 09:00

We are leaving the reduced capacity servers in place while our teams assess the situation overnight. This is not the start to Early Access that we had envisioned, or what our Founder's deserve. We'll be posting a full update from the team tomorrow about what happened, where we are, and how we move forward. We appreciate your patience and support.
