@Vickk254 @MartinnaMaree I wish you knew how much engineers hate project supervision because it is time consuming na hakuna pesa. Pesa iko kwa design bana 🤣🤣 That is why you rarely see engineers on site unless kuna shida. It is those fresh graduates you term suffering that you will see.

@iochanjo @MartinnaMaree Actually its not a regulations issue its enforcement of laws. Once design is over client doesnt retain for Supervisions. Thats a fee down together with jobs. Theyll say MEP are not needed but the kind of work being done by contractors is very wanting.
