Update I’m receiving news Sherene Lee @dhiyanasaid asked Muizzu to appoint her as Ambassador to UK but Muizzu wants to replace Ambassador to Sri Lanka, Masood Imad, with Sherene Lee. Muizzu doesn’t believe Sherene Lee would be as helpful and resourceful as former Ambassador to UK @IruthishamAdam. For example, Muizzu’s daughter Yasmine once had a problem with her refrigerator in Leeds and called Iruthisham, who was residing in London and she guided her on what to do.

Mayor Adam Azim was a proud Jumhooree Party member until a few weeks before MDP announced for Mayor primary back in Dec 2023. So there is absolutely no reason why Anni can’t run for Chairperson.
