I keep posting bc it makes me unbelievably sad how tainted something that was such a big part of my childhood, my teenage years *and* my fandom experience has been. I grew up with Harry. But I'm an adult now, and I won't choose nostalgia over my support for the trans community.

Let's be clear. There's a lot of issues with this HBO Harry Potter series. Extra unnecessary added details, pointless raceswaps of minor characters that I, like many other Potterheads, could have overlooked. But Black Snape is such an insulting slap in the face it's a 100% deal breaker.

NO SE LANZARÁ ANUALMENTE ❌ Casey Bloys, presidente de HBO, confirmó que la serie de HARRY POTTER no tendrá estrenos anuales, ya que su ambiciosa producción hace ‘imposible’ lanzar una temporada cada año. “En el caso de algunas de las series más grandes, como Harry Potter, que construyen universos enormes, sería ideal verlas cada año. Pero desde el punto de vista de producción, simplemente no es posible”, dijo. Los jóvenes protagonistas actualmente tienen entre 12 y 13 años, y la serie planea adaptar una temporada por cada uno de los 7 libros. Si el tiempo de espera mínimo entre temporadas es de dos años, terminarían de filmarla alrededor de los 26 o 27 años.
